1. What Vendars is

Vendars is an online marketplace that connects independent, verified sellers with buyers of physical goods. Sellers are paid out only after the buyer confirms delivery, an auto-release timer of 7 days elapses, or a dispute is resolved in the seller's favour. Vendars facilitates the transaction and vendor payouts; the seller is the merchant of the item, and Vendars is not the manufacturer or owner of the goods.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information. Sellers must complete identity verification before listing. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or ban accounts that break these terms or attempt fraud.

3. Fees

Listing is free. A flat 6% platform fee is deducted from the seller's payout when an order completes. Buyers pay the item price only.

4. Buyer Protection

When you pay through Vendars, the seller is not paid until you confirm your item arrived as described. If it never arrives or is not as described, you are entitled to a refund under our Refund & Returns Policy. This protection applies only to payments made through Vendars; paying a seller outside the platform voids it.

5. Buyer obligations

Pay only through Vendars. Confirm delivery only when you have received your item. Paying a seller outside the platform voids all protection.

6. Seller obligations

Ship paid orders promptly, describe items accurately, and provide genuine tracking details. Repeated disputes or misrepresentation may lead to removal.

7. Disputes & refunds

Buyers may open a dispute before confirming delivery. Vendars reviews both parties and decides fairly, either refunding the buyer or releasing funds to the seller. Our decision is final. Full details of when and how refunds are issued are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy.

8. Payments & payouts

Buyer payments and seller payouts are processed by our third-party payment provider. Vendars does not store full card details. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. All transactions are settled in the order's currency (Ghana GH₵ or Nigeria ₦).

9. Prohibited items

You may not list illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or restricted goods. We may remove any listing at our discretion.

10. Liability

Vendars provides the marketplace platform "as is". We are not liable for the quality of goods, but we facilitate and protect the transaction as described.
