The seller isn't paid until you get your item
When you pay through Vendars, the seller doesn't get paid straight away. Your payment is protected and only released to the seller once you confirm delivery — and if your item never arrives or isn't as described, you get your money back.

Wait to confirm delivery until the item is actually in your hands.
Open a dispute before confirming if anything is wrong.
The one rule that matters
If a seller ever asks you to pay by mobile money, WhatsApp or cash outside Vendars, you lose all protection. Always pay through the button on the product page.
If something goes wrong
Open a dispute from your order page. Your money stays held while our team reviews messages from both sides and decides fairly - a refund to you, or release to the seller.
